Christian Ritschka joined DORDA as a student in 2005. Admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2013, he became a partner at DORDA in 2017. His core area of expertise is M&A, where he is an expert for national and cross-border M&A transactions with a focus on distressed M&A, private equity, and venture capital investments as well as joint ventures. Christian advises both national and international clients, from start-ups to multinational companies.
