Axel Anderl joined DORDA in 2005 and became managing partner in 2018. He heads the IT/IP, Media and Unfair Competition team as well as DORDA's Digital Industries Group and focuses on software law including copyright and patents, outsourcing, media law, trademarks, unfair competition and e-commerce. Axel also advises on the legal analysis of data processings and transfers, notification and approval proceedings with authorities as well as drafting of accompanying documentation.
Axel is the author of numerous specialist publications regarding IP/IT law as well as contributor to standard commentaries on IP law. He also lectures at various Austrian universities.
