Andreas Seling has been a member of DORDA's IT/IP team since 2010 and an attorney since 2014. He specialises in classic IP (trademark law) and unfair competition and advises both national and international clients. Andreas is also a member of DORDA's Digital Industries Group.
In addition, Andreas lectures at various Austrian universities on trademark law, IP law, innovation management and social media. He also holds IP related lectures for photographers and marketing companies. Andreas regularly publishes in leading Austrian journals and has contributed the chapter on Intellectual Property to a publication on Commercial Law.
