Chiara Cella is one of the partners of the Firm. She advises clients in private equity and corporate M&A transactions. Her assistance includes a wide spectrum of extraordinary transactions, including acquisition of shares or of going concerns, acquisition and leverage finance, mergers, demergers and management incentive plans.

Career

Chiara Cella has worked as junior associate for the firm CBA Studio Legale and then as senior associate for the firm Dewey & Le Bouef of Milan. Then she has been junior partner of the firm Accinni Cartolano e Associati. From March 2020 she is partner of the firm.

Professional Memberships

Admitted to the Bar Association of Milan since 2006 and admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2019.
