李晨律师现任大成中国区董事、大成上海管委会委员，上海办公室合伙人，华东政法大学硕士生导师，兼任上海仲裁委员会仲裁员、杭州仲裁委员会仲裁员等。李晨律师执业二十年多年来，专注于商事、金融、投融资等领域的争议解决业务，截至目前，已成功为金融机构、上市公司、跨国企业等各类客户代理100余起重大、疑难、复杂的争议解决案件，涉案总额超过500亿元。凭借深厚的专业积淀和突出的业绩，李晨律师连续多年跻身Benchmark Litigation、钱伯斯、ALB、LEGALBAND、The Legal 500、《亚洲法律》、商法等国际权威法律榜单。2024年，李晨律师承办的某国家级特色小镇土地开发65亿元合同纠纷，被《商法》（China Business Law Journal）评为“年度杰出交易”。

李律师曾主办的案件包括：为某知名家族21亿美金跨境家族财富传承纠纷提供法律服务、标的额超100亿元上海某上市公司收购苏州毒地引发的系列索赔纠纷、标的额超50亿元的某城投公司一级土地合作开发系列纠纷、总标的额超30亿元的股票质押式回购系列纠纷、标的额28亿元的某信托公司金融借款合同纠纷、总标的额26亿余元某国企系列融资性贸易纠纷、总标的额15亿元的某国企系列投融资纠纷、标的额10亿元的ABS专项计划兑付纠纷、标的额8.5亿元的某合伙企业份额转让纠纷、标的额3亿元的某国企公司制基金退出纠纷、国内首例超短期融资券兑付纠纷案、诸多涉基金管理人信义义务的赔偿纠纷、诸多私募基金对赌责任纠纷、代表多家银行处置过总标的额超百亿元的不良资产。

Lawyer James Li is currently serves as a Director of Dacheng China, a Member of the Shanghai Management Committee of Dacheng China, a Partner in the Dacheng China Shanghai office,and he also is a master's supervisor at East China University of Political Science and Law, and also serves as arbitrator in Shanghai Arbitration Commission and Hangzhou Arbitration Commission. Lawyer Li Chen has been practicing for nearly 20 years and he focused on dispute resolution in the commercial, financial, and investment sectors. To date, James Li has successfully represented various clients, including financial institutions, listed companies, and multinational corporations, in more than 100 significant, challenging, and complex dispute resolution cases, with the total amount in dispute exceeding RMB 50 billion.Lawyer Li is widely recognized for his professional excellence and outstanding achievements. enterprise with a total target amount of over 2.6 billion yuan, a series of investment and financing disputes involving a state-owned enterprise with a total target amount of 1.5 billion yuan, dispute over default in redemption of asset-backed securities with a target amount of 1 billion yuan, disputes over the transfer of shares in a partnership enterprise with a target amount of 850 million yuan, the exit of a state-owned enterprise corporate fund with a target amount of 300 million yuan, the first domestic dispute over the redemption of ultra short term financing bonds, compensation disputes over the fiduciary obligations of many private fund companies, numerous private fund buyback disputes, and representing multiple banks in disposing of non-performing assets with a target amount exceeding 10 billion yuan.
