Charlotte Thornton-Smith

Charlotte is a Partner within the Harrison Clark Rickerbys corporate department, is head of the Worcester office and joint head of the Central England office. With over 19 years’ of corporate law experience, Charlotte has developed a specialism acting for clients in the health and social care sector.

Charlotte advises medical suppliers, healthcare providers, social care providers and not-for-profit organisations on their acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructuring, and is highly experienced and well regarded in the sector.
