Catherine represents corporate trustees, collateral administrators, paying agents, depositaries, collateral agents, administrative agents and other service providers in all facets of structured finance transactions and other debt financing.

/My focus

Currently, I am working on various matters involving CLO transactions that span the entire lifecycle of a transaction, including warehouse facilities, new origination, general maintenance issues, interpretation of indentures, redemptions and satisfaction and discharge.

I work on loan agency and custody matters and have extensive knowledge of legal issues facing custodians, administrative agents and collateral agents.

I am also representing corporate trustees in mortgage-based securities, including servicing transfers and enforcement actions including mortgage repurchase claims.

/Looking ahead

Our team continues to monitor and track legal and business trends facing corporate trustees in the structured finance market to better understand our clients’ needs and to help grow their businesses.
