Carolyn Alford focuses on leveraged finance, representing financial institutions, funds, sponsors and issuers. Her experience spans syndicated acquisition financings, asset-based lending, private placements and mezzanine/second lien structures. Carolyn leads the Finance practice and also serves on our managing Policy Committee. With specific industry experience in healthcare, pharma, energy, telecom and media, She represents a wide range of financial services clients.

Ms. Alford counsels lenders, investors, borrowers and issuers in leveraged finance, asset-based lending, private placements, unitranche, first lien/second lien and mezzanine financings, and both leveraged and investment-grade lending transactions.
