Carolyn Nussbaum focuses her practice on financial, corporate, securities and governance litigation, representing businesses and financial institutions in complex civil disputes and internal investigations. Carolyn has been representing clients in arbitrations forums and courtrooms across the country for 30 years. She is a frequent speaker on litigation topics, including the attorney-client privilege, and well-respected by the judiciary, having been appointed to numerous committees charged with evaluating candidates for the bar and the judiciary and advising courts on procedural rules.
