Caroline Perlström

Caroline Perlström is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Group as well as the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources Group. She advises clients on a wide spectrum of environmental matters, particularly focusing on environmental permit processes for industrial operations and other energy and infrastructure related projects. She has extensive experience of matters related to contaminated areas and is specialised in regulatory matters related to waste and recycling.

Through her work with environmental permit processes and other environmental regulatory matters, such as injunctions and other decisions from supervisory authorities, Caroline has gained extensive experience of litigation at the Land and Environmental Courts, the Land and Environmental Court of Appeal and the County Administrative Boards.

In transactions Caroline guides clients in strategical environmental matters in relation to the acquisition of businesses, companies, real properties and energy projects.
