Practice Areas

Daniel Karlsson is a partner of Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance practice group. Daniel is also heading the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice and is a member of the firm’s board of directors.

Daniel has a broad practice covering acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate loans, sustainable finance, fund finance, debt capital transactions (such as bonds) and restructuring matters. Daniel advises lenders, borrowers, arrangers, issuers and other relevant stakeholders domestically as well on cross-border transactions and other matters.
