Caroline Park focuses on complex financial disputes on divorce, disputes involving children and negotiating pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.Caroline joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers in 2008 from Freshfields. Her experience in cross-border, commercial transactions involving corporate clients and major financial institutions provides valuable experience for her matrimonial practice.

Caroline is consistently ranked in Chambers. Chambers 2021 described her as an “exceptionally talented lawyer who really understands the commerciality of the case”. Chambers 2020 said Caroline is “a star in the making”, with a “very calm” approach.
