Caroline Copeland is a Partner and corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience across the media and entertainment, technology and creative industries.
She advises on all aspects of transactional and corporate and commercial advisory work, with a particular focus on large-scale joint ventures, global or complex commercial contracts, private M&A and related corporate governance advice. Her clients range from FTSE 100 companies through to mid-sized companies, entrepreneurs and talent.
Caroline has built up a significant practice in the advertising and communications sector, regularly advising on significant global marketing services agreements (including media buying). She is also an expert in agency agreements, distribution agreements, general supply of goods and services contracts, and contracts governing content creation and licensing (including AI use).
She is well versed in the rights-based and brand management issues that underpin the media and creative sectors.
