Carlos also gives legal advice to contractors in the execution of public works under typical government contracting regimes or under special regimes (as Government to Government) He also practices construction law, focusing on advising clients in the execution of works under internationally accepted model contracts (as FIDIC, NEC)

On the other hand, Carlos has extensive experience sponsoring clients in arbitration proceedings derived from public infrastructure concession contracts, as well as derived from the execution of public and private works, having developed an important specialization in the solution of controversies in the construction sector.
