Carlos Eduardo Téllez Páramo

Carlos Téllez is Managing Partner of GarciaBodan Guatemala and Senior Partner of GarciaBodan Managua (Nicaragua).

He is a recognized lawyer in Nicaragua who has advised recognized multinationals on major transactions in a variety of industrial sectors, primarily in the financial sector, telecommunications, infrastructure, distribution, trade, services and real estate. Moreover, he has participated in the review process to present amendments and motions of laws, decrees and draft laws before the National Assembly of Nicaragua.
