Formation and experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law and advisory, shareholders conflicts, liability of managers and representatives, private and foreign investment. She has participated in deals and transactions for the acquisition and selling of companies, real state, assets and share interests, including mergers, spin offs and reorganizations in several sectors of the economy and different markets. Her experience also includes the advisory to national and foreign companies in all corporate and commercial matters, focusing on the corporate maintenance for companies, corporate governance, negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements. She also has experience in due diligences as well as in advising foreign entities and companies for the registration of their investment in the country and the subscription of Legal Stability Agreements.
