Carla takes great pride in being a strong advocate for her clients, while also working to avoid or resolve workplace disputes in the way that is most practical and cost-effective.

Carla represents a wide range of clients, including hospitals, municipalities, not-for-profit organizations and Crown agencies, as well as large and small businesses in the manufacturing, information technology and service sectors. She regularly acts as counsel in collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations and proceedings before various levels of the court and administrative tribunals. Carla has a particular interest in human rights claims and issues related to workplace harassment and discrimination.
