Senior Advisor Carl Brodén has broad experience iin a wide range of finance-related matters, with a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency as well as structured finance. In addition to a Swedish LL.M. degree, Carl has a post-graduate degree from the University of Oxford (M.Jur.) and an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. Prior to joining Roschier, Carl held the position as Head of Trustee Services at CorpNordic. He has also more than ten years’ experience as a financing lawyer at another major Swedish law firm.
