Real Property, often related to title (including Land Registration), developments and/or contractual issues. Brie regularly deals with easements, restrictive covenants, options, and overage. Brie is also very experience in dealing with issues arising out of the management of leasehold estates, whether in the Tribunal or Courts and including the associated corporate issues. Brie brings her extensive knowledge and experience of property matters to disputes based in contentious probate, trusts and/or professional negligence. She is an enthusiastic advocate with extensive experience in the Courts and Tribunals at all levels. Brie is equally skilled and committed to mediation (being a very experienced mediator herself) as a means to secure the best outcomes for her clients.
