He focuses on the defense of consumer class actions, non-class representative actions (including collective actions and “public entity” lawsuits), and other forms of complex litigation. Brian has represented parties in the state and federal courts sitting in a majority of the United States, including in class actions involving lender-placed insurance, credit and disability insurance, life insurance, annuities, extended service contracts and mortgage products.
