Mr. Gilfedder advises private equity institutions, equity investors and developers-sponsors in all aspects of their real estate business, as well as the structuring of joint ventures and advising real estate investment trusts. He focuses particularly on structuring real estate equity investments, development transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, and financings.
