• Acted for WETOMIN d.o.o., an SPV associated with Brown Hotels group, in acquiring majority shareholding in Jadran Hoteli d.d., the leading hospitality group in Rijeka;
• Acted for IKEA in development of app. 300,000 m2 and the IKEA store itself of approx. 38,000 m2;
• Acted for Designer Outlet Croatia being indirectly held by IKEA Centres Europe and Mutschler Outlet Holding, in development of fashion outlet in Zagreb area;
• Acted for Ingka Centres (part of IKEA Group) in the development of luxury retail park;
• Acted for ALP PARTNERS LIMITED, in connection to project Prukljan, a public tender of the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets in particular golf, marina and villas development project Prukljan covering 1.600,000 m2;
• Acted for ZAIC, a subsidiary of the French BOUYGUES group and Aeroports de Paris, in the construction and development of Zagreb Airport;
• Acted for MORGAN STANLEY REAL ESTATE FUND in due diligence and acquisition of two major shopping centres in Zagreb City Center East and City Center West and subsequently €264 million restructuring of debt of two Croatian companies that own properties of the two retail centres;
• Acted for DECATHLON in development of its business in Zagreb East, Zagreb West, Rijeka, Zadar, Split and Pula;
• Acted for GTC in development of a building of office park;
