• Acted for Eagle Hills in the acquisition of Sunce hotels (operating under the brand Bluesun Hotels & Resort) in the amount of EUR 101 million, one of the largest hospitality acquisitions in Croatia;

• Acted for shareholders of NANOBIT, a Croatia-based game development studio, in sale of its shares to Stillfront Group, a global group of gaming studios and a market leader in the free-to-play online strategy game genre;

• Acted for One Equity Partners (JP Morgan Funds) in USD 200 million equity investment in Infobip (the first Croatian unicorn), an international IT and telecommunications company;

• Acted for Alvarez & Marshal Capital in the acquisition of shares worth EUR 240 million in Pet Network Group;

• Acted for IFC and World Bank in financing and development the largest wind power plants in Croatia;

• Acted for ALP PARTNERS LIMITED, in connection to project Prukljan, a public tender of the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets in particular golf, marina and villas development project Prukljan covering 1.600,000 m2;

• Acted for CVC and Molson Coors in acquisition of Ab InBev
