Brandon Dalling is a partner in the firm's Project Finance and Acquisition Finance practice. He represents private equity and strategic sponsors, financial institutions, developers and commodity hedge counterparties in leveraged finance, project finance, acquisition finance, other secured and unsecured lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, physical and financial structured commodity hedging and supply transactions and energy management arrangements, with a focus on alternative energy (including solar, wind, hydro, renewable fuels and biofuels) and conventional power generation, LNG-to-power generation, oil & gas and other natural resources.
