Practice Areas
Brandon is an associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP. He maintains a diverse practice that includes criminal and regulatory defence, constitutional law, and administrative law litigation. Brandon also has a special focus on appeals. He has acted as counsel before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Brandon is an active member of the legal community. He acts as duty counsel with the Pro Bono Inmate Assistance Program at the Court of Appeal for Ontario and volunteers his time with Pro Bono Ontario’s Supreme Court of Canada Leave to Appeal Assistance Project. Brandon also continues to be involved in legal education as a coach of the Laskin moot team at Queen’s University and as an adjunct professor teaching Charter litigation at Osgoode. He is a contributing author of CanLII’s Criminal Law E-Book, an open access resource covering a wide range of Canadian criminal law topics.
Prior to joining Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP, Brandon clerked for the Honourable Justice Michael Moldaver of the Supreme Court of Canada and two justices of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. He also articled and practiced as an associate at a national full-service firm.
