Shaun Laubman

Shaun is a highly-regarded commercial litigator. With two decades of experience practicing first in New York and then as a partner at one of Canada’s top commercial litigation boutiques, Shaun has broad expertise dealing with complex corporate-commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, securities and financial services litigation, real estate disputes and family and estate matters. He also specializes in franchise litigation, particularly in the automotive sector.

Throughout his career, Shaun has earned a reputation as an erudite and effective litigator.
