Career

Brandon Bigelow is a partner with the Boston office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP and represents clients in competition and complex commercial litigation, including franchise disputes, price discrimination claims, and consumer class action litigation. Mr. Bigelow has appeared before state and federal courts on behalf of clients in a variety of industries, with a primary focus on motor vehicle and other manufacturers. He also counsels clients on compliance issues involving state and federal competition laws, including regulatory review of merger and acquisition transactions under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.

Mr. Bigelow has taught as an adjunct professor at Boston College Law School and is a vice chair of the ABA Antitrust Law Section Distribution & Franchise Committee. He previously served as a co-chair of the Class Action Committee of the Boston Bar Association, and has has published articles about antitrust, consumer class actions, and securities issues in the Boston Bar Journal, Massachusetts Law Review, and other publications. Mr. Bigelow clerked for the Hon. Martha B. Sosman, Associate Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, and was editor-in-chief of the Boston College Law Review. He served as a surface warfare officer in the United States Navy from 1994-1998.
