Brad Bondi is Global Co-Chair of the Investigations & White Collar Defense practice at Paul Hastings and a nationally-acclaimed litigation partner and trial lawyer with 26 years of experience.
He based in the firm’s Washington D.C. and New York offices.
He leads the representation of companies, executives, directors, and high-profile individuals in the most significant SEC enforcement, criminal defense, and litigation matters (plaintiff and defense), and he navigates boards of directors through the most challenging corporate crises. Previously, he held senior positions in government, including at the SEC and the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission (FCIC), and he briefly served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for criminal prosecutions.
Brad serves as an adjunct law professor of securities law at Yale and Georgetown law schools, and is the author of treatises, book chapters, and articles. He finished first in his LLM, JD, MBA, and BS classes, and earned the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential.
