Brad Bondi is Global Co-Chair of the Investigations & White Collar Defense practice at Paul Hastings and a nationally-acclaimed litigation partner and trial lawyer with 26 years of experience. He based in the firm’s Washington D.C. and New York offices.
He leads the representation of companies, executives, directors, and high-profile individuals in the most significant SEC enforcement, criminal defense, and litigation matters (plaintiff and defense), and he navigates boards of directors through the most challenging corporate crises.
