Attorney Bingfu Du is a Senior Partner and Member of the Supervisory Committee of Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP, and he previously served as the Director of Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP(Zhengzhou). He holds the title of First-Class Lawyer (Senior Professional Title). His practice areas cover private equity and venture capital, financial asset management, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions and restructuring, real estate and engineering construction, foreign-related legal services, as well as the resolution of major commercial disputes.

Attorney Du holds the Legal Practitioner Qualification, Fund Practitioner Qualification and Securities Practitioner Qualification in China, along with a number of other professional qualifications including Corporate Compliance Officer, Investment Project Analyst, Independent Director of Listed Companies and Bankruptcy Liquidation Manager.

In terms of social positions, he acts as Supervisor of the Board of Supervisors of the 9th Henan Lawyers Association, Standing Director of the Zhengzhou Lawyers Association and Director of its Financial and Insurance Committee. 1.三亚农村商业银行股份有限公司红沙支行与泸州老窖股份有限公司、中国工商银行股份有限公司南阳分行、中国工商银行股份有限公司南阳中州支行侵权责任纠纷案。 原告泸州老窖向省高院提起诉讼，要求工行南阳分行、工行南阳中州支行、三亚农商行红沙支行共同返还存款1.5亿元并赔偿利息损失。一审省高院判决三亚农商行承担10%，即1200多万赔偿，二审最高院改判三亚农商行承担5%即610.5万元的赔偿责任，为银行挽回重大损失。

1.The infringement liability dispute case between Sanya Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. Hongsha Branch (“the Client”) and Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Nanyang Branch, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Nanyang Zhongzhou Branch: This case involves the intersection of civil and criminal law and complex legal issues. The opposing party proposes a high compensation of CNY 150 million. Based on the case facts, attorney DU identified precise entry points for the Client, effectively reducing the Client’s liability for compensation, ultimately the Client only bore 5% of the liability, maximizing the protection of the Client’s interests.

2.China Three Gorges Renewables (Group) Co., Ltd. Henan Branch (600905.SH) legal advisory services: Attorney DU provided multi-domain support in corporate governance, contract management, intellectual property, environmental protection, and compliance management, ensuring the business operates in compliance.

3.Bridge Trust Co., Ltd. (“the Client”) and a third-party execution objection lawsuit: This case went through execution objection, first instance of execution objection in the intermediate people’s court, second instance in the high people’s court, and retrial in the Supreme People’s Court, belonging to complex litigation. Attorney DU fully elaborated on the basic principles of the independent legal personality of the company, combined with the case facts, and with outstanding litigation strategies and superb courtroom skills, ultimately the Supreme People’s Court rejected the third-party’s retrial application, successfully achieving the Client’s demands.
