With more than 150 jury trials to verdict, Bill is widely recognized for his strategic counsel and courtroom advocacy in challenging cases.
Beyond his litigation practice, Bill has maintained an active leadership role within the legal profession and broader community. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, former chairman of the American Law Firm Association, and was a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Bill was also an original co-founder of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, helping establish an organization that has granted wishes to hundreds of thousands of children facing critical illnesses.
Bill’s professional and civic involvement has additionally included service on the Drake University Board of Trustees, leadership as past chair of the Drake University National Alumni Board, and participation on the Arizona State University Sun Devil Club Board of Directors.
