Bihter Bozbay İnan joined the Firm in 2013, after completing her legal internship in Garanti Bank, the second largest private bank in Turkey, and spending four years at an Istanbul-based law firm. Bihter became the Firm’s partner in 2019.

Bihter Bozbay İnan has significant experience in M&A, joint ventures, corporate and finance transactions. Bihter advises leading private equity firms as well as international and local corporations and leads the Firm’s M&A team in numerous transactions involving various sectors.

Bihter advises clients on all aspects of their investments, from entry to exit and any add-on investments, both in Turkey and abroad. Her transactional experience sees her advising across a variety of leading-edge sectors.

She also has significant experience in banking and finance and she provides legal assistance to various local and international banks and financial institutions. She is also experienced in bank mergers and acquisitions.
