Bertrand Hermant

Bertrand Hermant is Co-head of our Tax practice. He specializes in transactional and international taxation, providing strategic counsel to investment funds, corporate groups, and private equity sponsors.

His practice is dual-focused:

-Corporate & Transactional Tax: extensive experience in structuring LBOs, management buyouts and cross-border M&A.

-Private Client & Incentives: recognized expert in Management Packages, in wealth/estate tax issues and long-term structuring of business and private assets.

Bertrand operates at the intersection of advisory and litigation, representing clients in high-stakes negotiations and disputes with tax authorities.

Bertrand joined us as a Partner in 2020. Prior to this, he spent 13 years at TAYLOR WESSING developing a robust cross-border tax expertise and a deep understanding of the private equity ecosystem.
