Ugo is developing expertise in business transfers, the restructuring of groups of companies, supporting managers and advising financial investors on acquiring stakes in companies or on LBO or growth capital transactions in particular.

He is heavily involved in cross-border transactions (joint venture, add-on acquisitions, partnerships, etc.), assisting French companies with their international growth plans and advising numerous foreign companies and investors looking to set up in France or invest in French companies.

Ugo works in all business sectors, with a particular focus on industry, software solutions and laboratories.

Career

Ugo joined LAMARTINE CONSEIL in 2014 after gaining professional experience in France, Luxembourg and the United States.
