Career

He's the managing partner of Brussels office, focussing on EU, WTO, International Law. More than 30 years experience litigating before the EU Courts in Luxembourg and in WTO Dispute Settlement in Geneva. He teaches trade and agricultural law at State University (Milan). He has written and edited books on general EU law, procurement law, the law of geographical indications and WTO law. He's member of RIEB think tank on international economic law and represents EU industries and institutions in trade defence matters and trade relations.
