Benno Strub is a Counsel in Schellenberg Wittmer's Restructuring and Insolvency Group and the Dispute Resolution Group in Zurich.

- Advising clients in Swiss and cross-border reorganization and insolvency proceedings as well as in all aspects of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law

- Member of a creditors' committee in bankruptcy proceedings and acting as a court-appointed administrator in composition proceedings

- Conducting litigation in connection with insolvency proceedings, the enforcement and recognition of foreign bankruptcy proceedings and civil judgments, and in various matters of contract and tort law

- Assisting clients in cross-border taking of evidence and service of process

- Advising clients on all aspects of insolvency law in domestic and cross-border M&A and financing transactions
