Career

Ben Steinberg is an antitrust litigator with over a decade of experience prosecuting anticompetitive conduct on behalf of consumers and businesses nationwide. With a firm commitment to fair competition and a command of innovative litigation strategies, Ben has helped lead several groundbreaking lawsuits across the country, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients. Ben repeatedly has been recognized as one of the top antitrust attorneys in the country under the age of 40.

Ben’s practice spans the full spectrum of antitrust matters, from class actions and corporate disputes through trial and appeal. Chambers USA calls Ben “an up-and-coming attorney who advises clients on sophisticated antitrust litigation.” An emerging voice on competition issues, Ben is regularly published in the national press and is a leading advocate on antitrust policy, particularly with respect to climate change, conspiracy law and class-action procedure.

Ben pioneered the first-ever comprehensive database of U.S. antitrust class-certification decisions, which will soon be available to the public.

Outside his antitrust work, Ben maintains a diverse litigation practice encompassing data privacy disputes, fraud matters and internal investigations. Ben is committed to pro bono work and has helped secure asylum for several Afghan refugees.
