Regularly advises mutual funds, closed-end funds, ETFs, private funds, investment advisers and broker-dealers on a wide range of investment management issues, including compliance, corporate governance, regulatory matters and fund creation. Represents fund boards of directors and regularly conducts internal reviews on behalf of investment companies and investment advisers. Also advises investment managers on matters related to transactions involving funds, advisers and the purchase and sale of advisory businesses.
