Benedita is a senior counsel in the Public Law practice. With around 20 years’ professional experience, she has focused on the areas of town and country planning law, administrative law, and public procurement, including litigation.
Benedita advises clients on the development and follow-up of projects involving the licensing of activities and urban development operations, as well as on urban planning matters.
Benedita regularly participates in conferences and as a lecturer on matters of administrative litigation and public procurement.
She has completed postgraduate courses in administrative litigation and in public procurement at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Porto.
Before joining PLMJ, she was a lawyer at the law firm Cuatrecasas.
