Ben Parks

Ben Parks is a professional indemnity insurance partner in our Manchester office. He has extensive experience handling complex, high-value, and multiparty claims against professionals.

Ben acts for insurers and insureds, advising on professional indemnity policy coverage across industries. He acts for accountants, auditors, solicitors, insurance brokers, independent financial advisers, surveyors and construction professionals.

Ben represents clients before their professional bodies. He has represented professionals before the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). He also advises educational establishments on claims they face.

Ben has a particular interest in early dispute resolution.
