Mr. Moss joined Orchard Global in August 2020 and since September 2023, co-heads the Litigation Finance strategy alongside Ms. Melrose.

Mr. Moss joined from another leading litigation funder where he was a Senior Investment Manager and worked on landmark securities and competition claims. Mr. Moss also worked as commercial/strategic lead for a portfolio of financial instrument litigation cases at Lloyds Banking Group, as an FX and Rates derivative risk advisor at Barclays Capital and was previously a solicitor at Pinsent Masons and Linklaters.

Mr. Moss appears as a Thought Leader in Who’s Who Legal: Third Party Funding 2021 - 2025 editions, regularly speaks at leading industry and gives podcast interviews.

Mr. Moss has an INSEAD MBA, a post-graduate diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School and an MA in History from the University of Cambridge. He is also a qualified CEDR mediator (non-practising).
