Orchard Global’s litigation finance business was established in 2015 as an allocation within the firm’s flagship, multi-strategy fund. It has since made over 100 litigation finance investments across four Orchard-managed funds, and the firm launched a dedicated, standalone litigation finance fund in November 2022. Orchard Global’s typical investment sizes is between GBP 1,000,000 and GBP 10,000,000 for single cases and around GBP 30m for portfolio and speciality lending with flexibility to extend beyond these parameters.


Orchard Global considers all types of commercial litigation and arbitration globally, with a focus on England & Wales, other common law jurisdictions and EU countries. Orchard Global can provide a complete range of funding solutions, such as:
