Ben Finestone

Ben Finestone is co-head of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group. He is ranked as a leading Bankruptcy / Bankruptcy Litigation individual by Chambers USA (2013-2025), named a Litigation Star and a National Practice Area Star [Bankruptcy] by Benchmark Litigation (2022-2025), a Leading Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyer (esp. Prior to practicing law, Ben was a Certified Public Accountant and was a NASD Registered Representative in equity trading.
