Barry Gross

Barry Gross, a former federal prosecutor, is regularly engaged to represent individuals and companies in high-stakes criminal and civil matters nationwide, including defending allegations of criminal and civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) violations. Barry is one of the few individuals to have successfully defended and prosecuted criminal RICOs at trial and to have tried civil RICOs. A fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, Barry has led more than 200 federal and state jury trials to verdict and has argued appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
