Bal has extensive experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, acting for clients in sales, purchases, and refinances, and has represented both private and commercial lenders. Known for her clear communication style and thoughtful, attentive approach, Bal is committed to ensuring her clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Before pursuing law, Bal taught secondary school English in the Tri-Cities and Surrey. She began her legal career at a prominent real estate firm in the Tri-Cities and later expanded her practice at a boutique law firm in Delta. Bal went on to become a partner at a leading firm in the Tri-Cities, where she practiced for five years prior to joining Segev LLP.
