Aurell advises on tax issues on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and equity capital markets work. Aurell has particular experience in advising on investment funds taxation, regularly advising on the establishment of listed and private funds, as well as advising asset managers generally on a range of complex tax issues. He also regularly advises on private equity transactions and on energy transactions, in particular oil and gas and renewables M&A. Much of his work has an international focus.
