Arrin Nouri

Arrin Nouri is a specialist Family Law barrister, with particular expertise in disputes concerning children. She is recognised as a leading practitioner in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners legal directories.

Arrin has, in recent years, developed a dedicated practice in Private Law children matters and is especially well regarded in this field. She handles a variety of cases including applications for Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders and Enforcement Orders.

Arrin is frequently instructed in highly contentious disputes involving allegations of domestic abuse, harm to children, alienating behaviours, substance misuse and mental health difficulties. She is well equipped to handle cases which involve Rule 16.4 Guardian appointments and detailed expert evidence.
