Arnaud Duhamel is a partner in Gide's Banking and Finance practice group. Arnaud shares his time between Paris and London. He specialises in international capital markets and structured finance.
His experience includes IPOs, right issues, equity-linked transactions and a number of French privatisations. His field of expertise also covers international debt financing and restructuring, ranging from medium-term note programmes to senior and hybrid securities, high yield bond offerings, repackagings as well as structured financings and products incorporating derivative instruments. Arnaud contributes significantly to the Firm's finance practice in emerging markets.
