His experience includes IPOs, right issues, equity-linked transactions and a number of French privatisations. His field of expertise also covers international debt financing and restructuring, ranging from medium-term note programmes to senior and hybrid securities, high yield bond offerings, repackagings as well as structured financings and products incorporating derivative instruments. Arnaud contributes significantly to the Firm's finance practice in emerging markets.
He is a regular speaker in seminars in Paris and London, and is the co-author of a book entitled "Titres et emprunts obligataires" (Bond Securities and Issues), Banque Editeur (2000).
