With more than 18 years of experience advising bankruptcy trustees and national and international companies going through restructuring or insolvency proceedings, his capacity to handle an insolvency proceeding from both perspectives, as bankruptcy trustee and as legal advisor, gives him a wider knowledge and understanding of the process that most lawyers in the field do not have.
Armando Betancor is currently handling approximately 100 proceedings, acting as bankruptcy trustee, including complex and high-profile cases of national and international relevance.
He has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration.
