Mediation: Commercial, workplace and community mediations and also appears as an advocate in mediations.

Antony has a huge breadth of experience in Employment Law, and has appeared in numerous reported cases and complex and ground-breaking pieces of litigation both in Employment Tribunals and in the High Court. He is highly experienced in confidential information/restraint of trade injunctions. He has also undertaken industrial dispute injunctions in a wide range of industries. Renowned as an advocate, Antony regularly appears in Tribunals and the High Court as well as in front of regulatory and disciplinary bodies. An accomplished appellate advocate, he has appeared many times in the EAT and Court of Appeal. Antony has also become an acknowledged expert mediator with particular emphasis on employment/workplace mediations as well as commercial and community mediations. He also has experience of co-mediations and online mediations.
