PPU Partner expert in all kinds of financial transactions including issuances programs of debt instruments (bonds, short-term instruments, negotiable certificate of deposit), equity issues, syndicated loans, medium-term loans, finance leases, asset securitization, etc.; acquisition of companies listed on the stock exchange, takeover bids, purchase and exchange, among others. He has advised significant clients in various operations of constitution, implementation, placement and acquisitions for investment funds, among others.

He is lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2001). He has a Diploma in Asset Management from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2002), a Master of Laws from the Columbia University School of Law (2003)
